However, your product is damaged, not of good quality, or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Send a photo and a description of the product along with your order number to our email address . We will respond within 1-2 business days.
If your return is accepted, we will send a shipping label as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
